Wittenberg Beer is a project I’ve had in mind for several years. As a beer enthusiast and erstwhile homebrewer, as well as a pastor and theologian, I see Wittenberg Beer as a platform for a more informal yet deep dive into theology. Wittenberg Beer also serves as an analogy for the rich theology of the Reformation that came from a serious engagement with the Word of God.
While no theological topic will be off the table, my focus will be mainly on the doctrine that drove the Reformation. In other words, what did the Reformation say about certain theological topics? Or perhaps better, how did the Reformation speak theologically about a variety of topics?
